The Charles L. Collins Memorial Scholarship proudly celebrates the achievements of past recipients who have gone on to make significant strides in their academic and professional lives. Starting with the five Collins students who attended Perrysburg Schools from 1966 to 1979, each winner exemplifies the potential and excellence that our scholarship aims to nurture.
